Challenges

Frontier Holdings approached us, to create and launch a new brand which could empower and enrich lives. The brand needed to communicate to the market the group’s desire to help educators and students achieve more by providing the convenient services that ensure every student achieves academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our team was tasked with development of the corporate brand strategy, for parent and sub brands, the development of the group’s value proposition, vision, mission and values, key messaging, creative direction and assets.

The Solution

A thorough market analysis of local and international competitors provided insights. Our objective was to create a distinctive and differentiated brand platform for the business to operate from, representative of Frontier’s values. The key messaging and tone of voice guideline, created an active voice for the brand which speaks directly to a range of education stakeholders, and provides new and existing team members with a communication framework.

The Results

During our partnership, we were able to create a strong, credible, and consistent branded-house for Frontier and its subsidiaries. We share the purpose of the Frontier leadership team, as we aim to create a better world for generations to come by empowering and enriching lives. We successfully positioned and launched Frontier with a vision to become the most respected educational services provider in the UAE. With a mission to be the first choice for schools, colleagues, shareholders and business partners, Launch was able to achieve brand recognition among a growing audience base, and Frontier is now synonymous with both trusted quality and convenience.
